Karnataka Theological College (KTC) is administered through Karnataka Christian Educational Society (KACES). KACES is the administrative umbrella of different institutions among which KTC is the nucleolus institution. The main purpose of the establishment of KACES is to run and maintain KTC. The Memorandum of Association of KACES in its objects reads in 3(a) “To maintain and run the Karnataka Theological College, Balmatta, Mangalore, for the training of persons for the ministry of the Church, both ordained and lay and to develop it as a centre of higher theological study and research to the best possible extend.” The Principal of KTC is the Executive Secretary of KACES. The General Body is the policy making body of KACES and it administers all its institution through an elected Executive Committee.
