The Karnataka Theological College (KTC), Mangalore, celebrated the 69th Karnataka Rajyothsava on 1st November 2025 with great joy and regional spirit. The celebration began with the hoisting of the Karnataka State Flag by Mrs. Fatima, followed by the soulful rendition of the State Anthem, “Jaya Bharata Jananiya Tanujate.” Tributes were then paid to Rev. Ferdinand Kittel and Rev. Hermann Mögling for their remarkable contributions to the Kannada language, culture and Journalism
In her address, Mrs. Kaneez Fatima emphasized the importance of identifying societal issues and taking initiative to resolve them. A special patriotic song, “Jogada Siri Belakinalli,” performed by KTC students, further lifted the regional spirit of the gathering. The Chief Guest was felicitated by Rev. Dr. H. M. Watson and Rev. Gracy Christina Mary.
Mr. Abishai Vinod compered the programme, who warmly welcomed the Chief Guest, Mrs. Kaneez Fatima, Teen and Parent Counselor. Mr. Sachin Pal, Treasurer of the KTC Okoota, introduced the Chief Guest.
The event was a celebration of pride, unity, and inspiration, urging everyone to work together for the continued progress of Karnataka.
